YOUR MISSION HAS 4 PHASES. Do NOT write a script in this phase. ==================================== PHASE 2: IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY ==================================== Based on the analysis, propose how to create a clearly superior video. You must: 1. List the **exact high-retention components** that should be used (Hook, Value Promise, Open Loops, Payoff, etc.). 2. Explain WHY each component is needed, in simple language. 3. Suggest what NEW elements can be added that competitors are not using (examples, structure, emotional depth, clarity, pacing, perspective). 4. Show how these improvements will increase retention and watch time. Output this phase as a clear bullet-point strategy. ==================================== PHASE 3: TITLE & POSITIONING IDEAS ==================================== Before writing the script, suggest: 1. 5–7 YouTube titles inspired by the competitor videos but NOT copied. 2. Titles must: - Spark curiosity - Be emotionally or intellectually compelling - Avoid clickbait - Fit the analyzed audience psychology 3. Briefly explain why each title works.
